| | Q: What is the Campus Account?
A: There are two types of Campus Accounts, the Campus Savings Account and the Campus Checking Account, created especially for the students of the Kern Community College District.
Q: How do I open a Campus Account?
A: Your account can be opened at any branch, at the Bakersfield College Service Center of the Credit Union or online by clicking on the icon "College Students! Open your Account Today!" located in the right menu bar.
Q: Is there a fee to become a Credit Union member?
A: No. There is a $5.00 balance required in your Savings Account. This par share amount is being contributed on your behalf by Kern Schools Federal Credit Union.
Q: What is a Renegade Campus Card?
A: It is a multi-purpose card that serves as your Bakersfield College Student ID, Library Card and as an ATM card and/or a VISAź Debit Card.
Q: Will I be charged a fee for using my Renegade Campus Card as a VISAź Debit Card?
A: No. Your Renegade Card is absolutely fee free.
Q: How do I access my Campus Card reward points?
A: Your reward points can be accessed 45 to 60 days after your Campus Card is opened. You can access the points by clicking on the link at the top of KSFCU Campus page or click here.
Q: What if I forget my PIN?
A: Visit any Campus Service Center and they will assist you by resetting your PIN.
Q: What if I lose my card?
A: Contact Lost or Stolen Card Services at (800) 449-7728 or Cardholder Services at (888) 918-7727, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will receive instructions on receiving a new card.
