| | When making your credit card payment each month, you have many options: Online, Phone, or Mail. A few changes to payment methods will occur April 15. One change is that KSFCU will no longer process FIA Card Services payments through our Communication Center and in our Branches (this includes our express box and night drop), but you can make payments to your FIA Card Services credit card through the many options listed below — Pick the option that is best for you!
Automatic Payment
To sign up for “auto pay,” simply contact FIA Card Services at 1 (800) 362-6299.
This process requires you to fill out a one-time written enrollment form which will be returned to FIA Card Services along with a voided check.
With auto pay, you can elect to pay a fixed amount, the total minimum payment amount due, or the total balance on your credit card.
NOTE: There is no fee for utilizing the automatic payment option. Please allow one to two billing cycles for auto pay to be set up on your credit card account.
Pay by Phone
Payments over the phone to FIA Card Services can be made in one of two ways:
Automated Voice Response – Simply call 1 (888) 339-6262.
Live Person – Dial the number on the back of your FIA Card Services ® credit card to make a payment with a live FIA Card Services representative.
NOTE: There is no fee for utilizing either service. Please have your FIA Card Services credit card number and the routing number from the bottom of your check if you are providing payment from a checking account.
IMPORTANT: Effective April 15, Kern Schools Federal Credit Union will no longer be able to process FIA Card Services credit card payments via the Communications Center.
Online Banking
By logging onto www.fiacardservices.com, you may schedule up to three payments during a rolling thirty-day period.
This option allows you to schedule your payment to occur automatically on a set date with a set amount every month.
To schedule such payments, you must use a U.S. checking or money market account.
NOTE: There is no fee for this service. At the time of enrollment, you will go through a validation process for your checking or money market account.
