How The Program Works
- Begin by contacting a KSFCU’s Mortgage Loan Consultant to register for the program before beginning the process of buying or selling your home.
- A Member Advocate Consultant will refer you directly to a participating real estate agent in your neighborhood and assist you in completing your transaction.
- When your home is bought or sold, you will receive your rebate check within 30 business days after close of escrow.
